Jane, You know me, and know that it is not in my nature to ever in any way question the wisdom of a CEO. But I don't see how spaying people is gonna stop someone from sticking their foot in their mouth. Maybe you can enlighten those not smart enough to be CEO's.
PS: You might want to pop in plant ops today. Devon has notified some of our younger perkier female employees that they have been selected for a mandatory "secondary screening" in his office that will require them to remove their clothes.
(I suspect Waz has hidden cameras all over the place so unless you want to see your peeps' naked foot and mouth "screening" all over the internet you may want to intervene. )
Oh Goddamnit - read the memo "Mr. Anonymous" it says spRay not spay however I don't think spaying our employees is such a bad idea either.

Dear Mr. Sharky, Wow, you are very diligent about reading hospital world news. I put out the notice but had not been able to post the memo yet because Stacy Saucy our HR person is slow. You'll notice she doesn't even have a bio yet.
The memo should be posted but it doesn't appear that the pictures made it through.
When are you going to answer the questions to you pre-employment test?
